How do I order?

Start by browsing through our selection of materials. After selecting a material, the next page will allow you to customize all aspects of the strap. Once completed and you are satisfied with the overall look, please add the strap to the cart and check out to finalize order.

Do your materials come from sustainable sources?

All of our suppliers adhere to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). CITES is an international set of guidelines adopted by 175 national governments, aiming “to ensure that international trade in specimens of wild animals and plants does not threaten their survival.”

How do I measure my watch to make sure I am ordering the correct size?

In order to insure correct size, please measure the width between the lugs of the watch case & the width of the strap at the buckle (if you want it to retro fit your existing buckle). This is measured in millimeters. If you are unsure, kindly provide us with make and model of your timepiece prior to purchase and we will help you determine size to the best of our ability.

Do I need a special tool to change out a strap?

A small flat-head screwdriver or a spring bar tool (Example) is all that is required to change out a strap. If you are unsure about doing it yourself, any competent jeweler can swap out a strap in just a few seconds.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Please note that the buyer is always responsible for all customs and duties.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once you order ships, we will be providing you with a tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Due to the custom nature of our straps, it typically takes about 3-4 weeks to receive your order including transit time.

What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our straps, we do not offer refunds. If you do find fault with the order and do not receive the color selections and customizations you chose, we will do everything in our power to make things right. Keep in mind that all hides are different and slight variations in color and grain patterns are to be expected. No two straps are the same and they will each have their own personality and unique features.

What brands of watches are supported?

We support the majority of watch brands including models with notched straps and different shapes (such as Bell & Ross) in addition to smartwatches. We are in no way affiliated with any watch brand. If you are unsure of compatibility, a live agent can assist you or you may contact us with images and measurements and we will inform you on how to proceed.

Do you support OEM deployant buckles?

Yes! Our watch straps can be made to fit an OEM deployment buckle. Please let us know in the order notes upon check out if you would like to use your OEM deployant buckle and we will follow up with you if we need any extra measurements. If you are unsure, please send us an image prior to ordering and we will work with you to determine what the best options are.

How do you recommend caring for your strap?

Just like any fine leather good, straps require proper care to ensure its longevity.  Please keep it away from conditions of extreme humidity as well as water.
